Yuvraj Singh, Rs
14 crore, many eyes popped as he became the most expensive player in the history of IPL. There are some reasons that can explain why this happened.
RCB needed a big name in their middle order, who have some T20 experience as well. Though they have
Mayank Agarwal and
Saurabh Tiwary in their middle order, but they were clearly not that effective, which made RCB desperate to get
Yuvraj in their squad.
There were many instances where their opening batsmen didnt fire and they had to loose the game due to problem in chasing big totals. Here comes the role of

Yuvraj Singh played for
