Airtel Launches 4G on Mobile in India

The country's largest telecom service provider Bharti Airtel along with Apple launches India's first 4G service on mobile. The company said now the Airtel customers in Bangalore on Apple iPhone 5S and 5C will avail 4G service on their mobile devices at their current 3G plans. Bangalore will become the first city in nation to experience 4G services on mobile.
Existing 3G plans will apply to the users who will be switched to 4G for no extra cost, just they have to do is to change their existing SIM card to a 4G enabled SIM card on their mobile to enjoy blistering fast 4G services on their mobile. However, the voice networks will continue to run on 2G and 3G networks.
4G service users will be able to download one standard movie within 3 minutes, company claimed. 4G, promises to enable its users to watch HD videos without buffering. And 4G services are going to be launched on mobile all across the country in phases, company said. However, the service will only work on the Apple iPhone 5S and 5C, as they are the only mobile devices available in Indian market which supports 2300 MHz  frequency band on which the 4G is being served by the company.
